This is fasting by taking every other day off. It’s really an easy way to lose weight, while still getting to eat the same bad foods you currently eat now.
I wanted to talk to you about the alternative day fasting diet that you can use to help you lose weight. There are a lot of people that have a very negative view against fasting. There is a lot of propaganda out there on weight loss and you’re going to notice that the so called facts are telling you to consume. I think we all understand that if we are going to lose weight we need to eat less, yet we’re told we have to eat more often. We need to buy up whey protein and consume it all day long. Consumption got you into weight problems to begin with, maybe the alternative day fasting diet is the way to go.
Here is what you need to know; eating more often doesn’t help you lose weight. Your metabolism is nothing more than the textbook definition of how many calories your body cells need. They’re going to need the same amount regardless of whether you’re eating or not. I understand that eating requires more calories to be burned, but you’re typically taking in more calories than you burn digesting, so what is the point? You can’t eat yourself to weight loss. It just doesn’t work that way.
The alternative day fasting diet is really just a simple concept. You eat for a 24 hour period and then you go on a fast for the next 24 hours. That’s all there is to it. The great thing about this type of diet is that on your eating days you can eat whatever you want. You don’t have to change the content of your diet, merely the structure.
